The water landscape of Hamme

Landscapes say more about our history than you might think. They are real stories that tell us how our ancestors lived and lived here. What is special is that you can still see fragments of those ancient stories in our environment.

This heritage bicycle tour is an initiative of IOED and Regional Landscape Schelde-Durme in collaboration with LIFE Sparc, Nature and Forest of the Flemish Government, Natuurpunt 's Heerenbosch, Natuurpunt Waasland kern Hamme, Natuurpunt Dendermonding, Heemkring Osschaert, Heemkring Ter Palen, workgroup cultural patrimony Dendermonde and the local authorities of Hamme, Buggenhout, Lebbeke and Dendermonde.
