What a mountain!

In 1190, Zeger II built the motte-and-bailey castle known as Hoge Wal. Today, there is no longer an actual castle on the castle motte. However, you can still find traces of its medieval past. “What a Mountain” tells a fantastic story about the Hoge Wal archaeological site in Ertvelde! Children discover the site through play.
