Loxberge, a walk through the past

During this tour, you’ll discover the village’s main highlights: the role it played in the Battle of the Silver Helmets (World War I) and “De Kluis,” the deepest sunken road in Flanders. You’ll also learn more about the former tile factory, the large clog-making workshop, and the priest-poet August Cuppens, who were all integral parts of Loksberg’s history.
