On the trail of World War II

World War II left its mark in and around Halle. Those who can still recount it are (almost) gone by now. That is why we try to keep the memories alive with these discovery routes. On the trail of WWII introduces you to the many war stories that are inextricably linked to the city.

This discovery route consists of 2 bicycle loops and came about thanks to the efforts of Olivier Arquin and Bart Legroux who provided the idea and research for this project.
