This walking tour is presented by the Jewish Museum of Belgium.
The tour you are about to take traces the journeys of men and women caught up in the turmoil of World War II. Among the stories you will encounter are those of individuals from all social classes, backgrounds, and faiths, including Judaism. These personal journeys reflect the various waves of immigration, including Jewish immigration, that Brussels—and Belgium more broadly—has experienced. Through these stories, we invite you to discover the cosmopolitanism and multiculturalism of Brussels.
