Welcome to Bruges

Today you will be taken to medieval Bruges through an interactive walk in the ErfgoedApp (FARO).
Anselm Adornes will lead you around Bruges, highlighting the important and unique places during the heyday of trade in Bruges. At each spot he gives a detailed explanation. The tour is a combination of game and information linked to current events. There are eleven different spots spread throughout Bruges. After about two hours you will know a lot more about the blooming period of Bruges.

Start the tour and click on 'Stadsarchief (BEGIN)', there the tour will start. Go to the next slide by clicking on the screen. To return, press the arrow. At the end of each stop, you will be given directions to leave for the next place. When you are near, the next place will appear in 'near'.

This tour was put together by the City Archives and Heritage Unit and is a reworking of the educational package Adornes Achterna which was first launched in 2005.
