Bokrijk Bruegel Trail

In 2019, it will be 450 years since Pieter Bruegel the Elder died. At the initiative of Tourism Flanders, commemorative events are being held in Bokrijk, featuring an international temporary Bruegel exhibition. Imagine yourself in the middle of a painting by this Flemish Master and discover, in a surprising way, just how relevant his work is today!

Through an inspiring trail, an interactive game, or a theater performance in the summer, you too can view life through Bruegel’s eyes in 2019.
