Bike ride along woodsy heritage in Gavere

A bicycle route of 23km through the sloping landscape of Gavere and Zwalm (Dikkele) brings you along several trees, wood edges and hedges with a special heritage value. You get to know some heritage trees and discover places from the stories linked to these (mostly) old witnesses.
This bicycle tour was developed by the Regional Landscape Flemish Ardennes in the framework of the PDPO project 'BehouT het Verleden'.
