Pol de Mont poetry walk

Along this walk in Wambeek - which partly follows the Pol de Mont walking path - the poetry of Pol de Mont (1857-1931) is given a new look. Poet Ivo van Strijtem selected and reinterpreted eight poems by De Mont. On panels along the route and via the Erfgoed-app you will find these poems, both the original versions and the reinterpretations. In this way, you can discover De Mont's work in a contemporary way. By means of the Erfgoed-app you can follow the route and find additional information, but you can also listen to the poems, read by Van Strijtem.
