Agriculture Expo: yesterday, today, and tomorrow

Welcome to the barn at the Huysmanhoeve!

Here, you can take a guided tour using the erfgoedapp simply explore on your own to learn about the history of agriculture, the challenges facing the industry, and everything in between.
You’ll receive a notification on your phone for each theme. If you don’t receive it, tap the blue button on the app and select each theme individually. The app provides additional information about the terms used and images from the exhibition. You can scan the heritage objects in the exhibition using the yellow button in the app. Be sure to try different angles or perspectives! Sometimes you only need to scan one object, and sometimes a few together.

We’ve laid out the history of agriculture clearly on a timeline. Do you see the yellow stickers? You can scan these images using the yellow button on the erfgoedapp. Be sure to scan the entire image. That way, you’ll learn more about that specific theme. Don’t forget to click on the orange info icon!

Have you spotted the robots yet? We asked the (grand)children of farmers which robot would be a big help with their (grand)parents’ work. You can scan the drawings using the yellow button on the erfgoedapp. Then you’ll hear the children and grandchildren talk about which robot they designed. Be sure to scan the entire drawing.
