Sint-Laureins, or Sente as the locals call it, is best known for its historic church, which looms into view from a distance. Otherwise, at first glance, this polder village seems a bit sleepy. A few restaurants, a café, a bakery, a neighborhood store... Not exactly a bustling metropolis. But make no mistake: beneath this calm surface lies a wealth of history. And we’re eager to highlight it on our walk!
