Quartier Sénégalais: a neighborhood that inspires dreams

The heritage walk starts at Bad Schallerbach Square. After a short loop of one and a half kilometers and 13 points of interest, you’ll return to the same spot. Walk at your own pace and listen to seven heritage stories. Through anecdotes, architectural facts, and images, you’ll learn how this garden district came to be. This part of Koksijde was recognized as a unique village landscape in 2011. After this walk, you’ll know why. Enjoy the walk, the sights, and the stories. Don’t forget your headphones or earbuds.
