Nighttime folk tales in Varenwinkel (Herselt): Come and get spooked!

Herselt Heritage is organizing five walks in our municipality—one in each hamlet—based on the many stories about witches and ghosts that used to be told around the hearth here. You can follow the witch and ghost walking routes in your own social bubble and at your own pace. At certain locations, the Erfgoedapp will Erfgoedapp that there is a story to listen to. In Varenwinkel, you’ll pass by the will-o’-the-wisps in the Schrieken, werewolves, witches, and the chaotic witches’ gathering in the Langdonken.
