During a 5.2 km walk, you will discover in an interactive way what the village of Oostvleteren looked like during World War I. At various locations, viewing boxes display photos taken more than 100 years ago at exactly that spot: unique windows into the past. The accompanying stories are also included.

These routes connect with the routes in France and continue on to Spain and Portugal. You can, of course, walk part of the route.
