200 Years of Urban Education - Antwerp North Walk

This walk in honor of the 200th anniversary of Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen runs largely through the Seefhoek/Stuivenberg neighborhood. In the 19th century this district grew into a real working-class neighborhood. The municipal education system built and opened several schools there from 1860 onwards. The thread running through this route is the story of the mission of Stedelijk Onderwijs, which wants to offer education to everyone.
