Wall walk around Herentals center

In the late Middle Ages, Herentals was a city fortified with earthen ramparts (vest mountains) and moats. There were also several monumental city gates. What remains of these? Which parts are still visible? Our digitally supported walk leads you around the old city center and will reveal some beautiful, surprising places!

The walk follows the route of the old city forts as they appear on the city plan of Herentals by Jacob van Deventer (1558).
