This bike ride takes you through a green, open and sometimes quite hilly part of Meetjesland. The landscape is dominated by a cuesta: a kilometer-long ridge that formed here millions of years ago.
The route is 48 km long. At several places you are invited to stop and learn something about the landscape around you: when it was formed, how it has changed over time, and what role people have played in it.
