Façade search adults

Open Monumentendag 2025 is all about architectural heritage.
You can discover this 'In Stijl' theme in a playful way with this façade search for young and old in Menen.
After all, our city has a lot of houses with style: think arched windows, round windows, colorful tiles, stained glass windows, cementation, mosaics and other beautiful façade decorations. Look up, stop for a moment and be surprised by the hidden gems in the streetscape!
- The contest runs from Sept. 10 through Oct. 31.
- Fun prizes for the top three adults as well as three children!
- All participating children will receive a nice gift when they hand in their form.

Don't forget to submit your form in time
and answer the shifting question as accurately as possible!
On OpenMonumentendag itself - Sunday, September 14 - you can hand in your form at the town hall - Grote Markt.
After OMD you can hand in your form at the library - Waalvest 1 Menen

Practical: The walk is about 6 km long. Be sure to take plenty of drinks with you.

Tip: First plan your walk as efficiently as possible along the points to avoid lost steps. Use the blind map for this purpose. Sometimes the question contains a small tip regarding the location.

Contest rules: 3 Adult winners and three children will be contacted afterwards and can pick up their prize (for this, everything must be correct and the shifting question must be correct or closest to correct).
Participating children will always receive a nice gift when they hand in the form.
