Hofstade heritage walk

Your walk starts at one of the village's historic buildings. From the historic center of this municipality, you pass the Hofstaad castles until you reach the Leuven-Dijle canal. This canal was inaugurated on December 21, 1752 and had the effect of cutting off the then hamlet from its municipality of Muizen. Before returning to your starting point, visit the domain popularly called "Hofstade-Plage." Nothing prevents you from extending your walk within the domain itself or from enjoying the many recreational opportunities it offers. From the domain you will be guided back to the starting point.
